HOUSE OF VOICES
Contemporary presentation of Art Agenda
Art Jakarta 2023
17 - 19 November 2023 at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta
Art Agenda presents a first-ever contemporary art collection titled House of Voices - a safe space for an emergent crop of Indonesian contemporary artists to express themselves.
The line-up of artists and works have been carefully curated. Muhammad Yusuf Siregar's reflection on Indonesian society the past 25 years since the riotous year of 1998 serves as a starting point and carries forth to more introspective abstract works by Mutiara Riswari, Wanti Amelia, Sarita Ibnoe and others that reveal the artists experiences navigating world that has become more and more complicated.
